Terms of Service
By utilizing the Pplus website, you agree to our standard terms of trade. Products listed in our 2026 catalogue, including Dazzle, Safari Toys, and Clocks, are subject to availability. Quote-only items like ProRec, Mahogany Oval, Relimu, and Stampy require direct confirmation from our team. Please note that checkout processes for automated M-Pesa and card payments are currently in a testing phase; customers should wait for a final total confirmation via WhatsApp (+254 723 822 050) before completing payment to Till 949887.
Delivery & Returns
Standard delivery within 7 working days is KES 380 for Nairobi Metro and KES 650 countrywide. Perfection Plus Limited will replace or refund verified production defects reported within 14 days of delivery. Due to their unique nature, personalized and custom-crafted wooden products are non-returnable. All PPF contributions remain enquiry-only and should not be routed through retail payment channels.
